This weekend, I went to Bestbuy and on my receipt I noticed a link to a survey. It just got me thinking if other people fill those out too. I know that JC Penny's, Target, Wal-mart, and now BestBuy has those. Personally, I don't fill out Walmart's or Target's surveys because of the "You might win 10,000 dollars". I mean, really, what are the chances? But I love filling out the ones for JC Penny's because you automatically get the 10% or 15% off coupon for your next purchase. Other than that, the only time I will fill out any of those customer satisfaction surveys is if I had a horrendous experience and want to let someone know about it. 
So, what about you?
I do not see surveys on back of receipts in Atlanta. I think it depends on the city. It's usually a post card if any at all on the table or an 800 number to call on the receipt.
